Shipping policy


At Riyoherbs we value the trust you place in us and the satisfaction of our customers is important to us.

SHIPPING - We take good care to pack and ship your order at Riyoherbs. Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours after the order in placed through an authorized logistic partner. Our endover is to make the products delivered to you with 5-8 working days, depending upon the area location of delivery address.
In case the product ordered gets out of stock due to any unforeseen situation, then we will inform the same with 2-3 working days of the order received.

Before Receiving the Package

Inspect the Package:

  1. Before accepting the package, check for signs of tampering or damage.
  2. If the package appears tampered or damaged:
    * Take a photo of the package.
    * Reject the delivery and notify us by WhatsApp (+91 7206279062) or email – support@riyoherbsindia.com, by sharing the photo of the package along with your order ID.
    * The request should be received within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Steps for Recording the Unboxing Video

  1. Prepare the Environment:
    Ensure the area is well-lit for clear visibility.
    Position the camera on a stable surface to capture the entire package in frame.
  2.  Start with the Shipping Label:
    Clearly display the shipping label on camera.
    Ensure the tracking number, address, and product details are legible.
  3. Show the Package from All Sides:
    Record all sides of the package to show it is sealed and untampered.
  4. Open the Package on Camera:
    Record the process of breaking the seal and opening the package.
    Ensure the video is recorded continuously without cuts.
  5. Inspect and Show the Contents:
    Lay out all items in the box and show them clearly.
    Check that the products match your order and are in good condition.
  6. In Case of Issues:
    For Damaged Products: Show a close-up of the damaged area clearly on camera.
    For Missing Products: Record all received items to confirm what's missing.
    For Wrong Products: Show the wrong item along with the shipping label for context.
  7. Stop Recording:
    If everything is correct, end the video and enjoy your skincare products.
