Refund policy

Return / Replacement are accepted only if product purchased from our website.

  • For any claim - Parcel unboxing video is mandatory. In case you do not provide unboxing video, no complaint will be registered.
  • Once the products are delivered to you and accepted as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange policy.
  • If any damaged product, missing / wrong product is received we request you to contact customer support within 48 hours of the delivery of your order along with images and unboxing video of parcel.

  • Our products are non - returnable after delivery, due to hygiene / wellness nature of products.
    Exchange

Products will be eligible for exchange only if they have been wrongly delivered to you, and must be returned in sealed and saleable condition along with the original receipt/invoice, subject to the following conditions:

All return and exchange requests will be subject to inspection and verification by Riyo Herbs.

Damages caused due to negligence, improper usage, or incorrect application will not be covered under this policy.

Please note: Some ingredients may not be suitable for all skin types and may cause reactions on certain skin types. We recommend performing a patch test before using any product, as refund requests due to skin sensitivity will not be applicable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
* If ordered products are not delivered within 30 days of the order being placed.
* If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.
All refunds will be processed to the original source account within 5–7 business days from the date of refund initiation. Please note that after initiation, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on the terms and policies of your financial institution or payment service provider.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, whether it is prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD).

Cancellations are only permitted prior to the order being shipped. Once shipped, no cancellation requests will be accepted.

Discount codes and vouchers are strictly for one-time use. In the event an order is cancelled for any reason, the code or voucher will be considered redeemed and cannot be reused.
